Measurement with nCounter
The nCounter® Analysis System is a gene analysis system developed by NanoString® Technologies in the USA. It is a platform that uses molecular barcodes to measure the expression of multiple target genes simultaneously. It can be used, for example, to compare selected gene sets across specimens.

Pan Cancer Panels (3 types)
There are three Pan Cancer Panels for cancer research, each containing 770 cancer-related genes.
Pan Cancer Pathway
A panel containing 124 driver genes and 606 pathway-related genes
Pan Cancer Immune
A panel that analyses cancer-related and immune-related genes at the same time
Pan Cancer Progression
A panel that analyses genes involved in cancer progression
Many other panels for immunology and cancer research are also available.

Custom Analysis
According to your research theme and what you are evaluating, we check the target genes, supported species and specimen requirements, and help you select a panel. For specific gene sets or particular comparisons and analyses, we consider the coverage of ready-made panels and the need for additional design, and propose the method, cost and delivery time.
