After confirming the test content, cost, turnaround time and report content, please submit the designated request form.

Specimen shipment
After confirming the submission conditions, the delivery address and the dates on which specimens can be received, please ship the specimens using the specified containers, packaging method and temperature conditions.

Receipt check
We check the specimens against the request and confirm their condition and the necessary information. We contact the requesting party about anything missing or needing confirmation.

Measurement and Analysis
For specimens that meet the acceptance conditions, we carry out measurement and analysis as agreed and check the quality of the results.

Reporting
We deliver reports and data by the specified method and in the specified format, and respond to questions about the report.
