Available Specifications and Test Information
We provide the information that is available for each material, such as specifications, test items and lot information. If you would like particular evaluation items or documents, please let us know in advance. We will confirm what can be covered, but we may not be able to meet your request.
Please read test information within the scope of the material, test conditions and evaluation items concerned. Individual test results do not guarantee quality or safety under all conditions of use.

Storage and Handling Conditions
Transport conditions, what to check on receipt, storage temperature, expiry date, handling after opening and similar information are provided after a contract has been concluded. For materials that are frozen and thawed, please check the thawing method and whether refreezing is permitted in the instructions for use before use.

Documents
Product information documents, specifications and test information are provided to the extent we are able, after your intended use and the conditions of disclosure have been confirmed following your enquiry and registration. Because detailed composition, raw materials, manufacturing processes, analytical data and similar information include confidential information, we will let you know in advance if a confidentiality agreement or similar is required.
